Dr. Udo Schneider is Senior Vice President Global Active Ingredient Organization and Head of AI Manufacturing. He leads and directs the Global Active Ingredient Manufacturing Site Network of Bayer's Crop Science Division towards safety and product supply reliability and is responsible for development of Manufacturing Network Strategies (asset and resource strategy) through continued optimization of the production portfolio within Bayer internal network as well as 3rd party custom manufacturers, and for steering and driving Operational Excellence programs at all manufacturing and formulation/filling sites.
