Zuzana operates as international expert with focus on human dynamics within ROI-EFESO and is currently based in Austria. Due to several different stages over the last 20 years of her professional career, she has built up profound expertise in the field of transformation, leadership and change management. Stages include firms such as General Electric Home Lending or General Electric Money Bank in the financial sector. Other that that Zuzana was occupied in different consulting firms, where amongst other fields she gained experience in industries such as food production, metal or chemistry.
