Throughout my professional career, I gained experience in process & product development (Innovation), continuous improvement and project & program management. As an engineer & scientist, I believe in a holistic approach when solving complex challenges – truly efficient solutions balance technical, economic, social and ecological factors for meeting the needs of a growing population while avoiding shifting the problems from one area to the other.
