James Wilson is currently Excellence Deployment Leader for Vynova.

Jim has over 25 years hands-on experience in the chemical industry. Before taking on his current position, he was Head of HSE, Excellence & Projects for the Weylchem Group of Companies where he started up a Business Excellence program.

Jim is a Master Black Belt, with extensive knowledge of lean transformation. He has spent 3 years as Project Manager for the Clariant Production System; improving the performance of sites worldwide.

Prior to specialising in Operational Excellence, Jim was Head of Operations for Clariant’s Paper Specialties Business Unit in the USA and has held various Production Management roles in the UK.
