Her passion is to run Supply Chain as a business function, mastering all end-to-end aspects: thus, not only increasing efficiencies, but even more delivering value, superior customer experience and potential for growth.
In the last years she has been constantly navigating the Supply Chain through whatever challenges, by leading and coaching her team, driving resilience and competitiveness. She has successfully challenged and driven important process changes, aligning the Supply Chain strategy with business objectives, building flexible, agile processes as well as making use of data-driven decision finding, visibility and digitization.
