Klaus Mueller is currently Senior Consultant for Operational Excellence at Evonik Industries AG.

He has more than 20 years experience in the management, organization and optimization of chemical production plants. Klaus has been a key thought leader in implementing Operational Excellence at Evonik

Previously, he was in charge of a large-scale production complex for the production of various specialty chemicals. At this plant he implemented a self-directed work ethic organization, including CIP.

Klaus is a member of the working group, “development of qualified work organizations” within the RKW competence center (Rationalization – and Innovation center of German Industry).
