Didier Brackenier (1971), a Belgian national, graduated as Civil Engineer (University Leuven) and Financial Analyst (ICHEC). He holds a MBA (EDHEC-France). He has 25 years of experience in designing and managing large scale transformation programs with substantial business impact. He has been active in various sectors such as chemistry, manufacturing, food, retail, aerospace and logistics. To implement successful progression, he builds on key ingredients such as the translation of the company strategy into a pragmatic operational excellence roadmap, leadership, human dynamics, adoption, digital and advanced analytics. He is very energetic and analytical, and at the same time very empathetic, which allows him to work successfully together with all type of populations.
