Chris Goldbach, CHMM is EHS Manager at Heraeus Electro-Nite Co., LLC, where he oversees environmental, health, and safety compliance across three North American sites. With more than 20 years of experience in EHS and sustainability, he has led numerous initiatives to strengthen safety culture, achieve ISO 14001 and 45001 certifications, and integrate quality, environmental, and occupational health systems. Under his leadership, the sites have reached record safety performance, including over 3,000 days without a lost-time incident. Chris is also actively engaged in ESG and sustainability programs, driving energy reduction plans and contributing to Heraeus’ global climate goals.
