Sven Fastré is Vice President of Operational Excellence Consulting at BASF, responsible for the strategic development and implementation of operational excellence initiatives across the company. With extensive experience in industry, process optimization, and organizational development, he drives efficiency improvements, continuous improvement projects, and transformation programs at global sites. Previously, he served as Director of Operational Excellence Consulting North America and North America Operational Excellence Process Business Leader, gaining comprehensive experience in production management and strategic optimization projects. Sven Fastré holds an Executive Management degree from Vlerick Business School and completed postgraduate studies in Informatics and Corporate Mathematics at the University of Antwerp.
